Suddenly pious?

Below's an article from the Star, 13th August 2005:

UNITED IN PRAYER: Natural disasters always bring the best out in Malaysians. They pray for their fellow countrymen irrespective of their racial and religious origins. It was no different when the haze reached critical levels in several parts of the country on Thursday. They responded to the call by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to pray for divine intervention to help clear our skies. Our pixman AZHAR MAHFOF captured the faces of Malaysians in prayer Friday.

My comments :

Be it good times or bad times, we must practise our religion.

Does it take a disaster to bring you to the temple?

Does it take a disaster to make you browse through your scriptures for an answer?

Always remember, transference of merits(迴向) (hui xiang gong de), doing good deeds and religious obligations are for daily living. Do not leave it undone till disaster strikes. If you're this type of person, you're a hypocrite!

BE CONSISTANT IN YOUR PRACTISE,THEN ONLY WILL THE WORLD BE AT PEACE.

2nd Semester, 2nd year in Matriculation

Hello to all beings online! Sukhi Hontu ~ May you all be well and happy!

With the festive seasons ending one after another, another semester begins anew for all Matriculation colleges around the country. Sadly, with a heavy heart... I left my beloved Penang island paradise hometown for Kolej Matrikulasi Johor,Tangkak... my ricebowl of 2 years plus. Thus ended my cherished holidays in Penang... 2nd - 9th November 2005... such a short break!

Tommorow, 10th November 2005.. ~ THURSDAY ~... enters the 2nd semester, lecturers and students alike anticipate with high hopes of achieving the unachieved. It's like making new year resolutions, the only difference being we educationists in the matriculation college make semester resolutions twice in every academic year.

In conjunction with the new semester, I publish this new blog of mine here. The photo shows yours truely in the posing maut posture...

I've been sitting for hours now in the warden's room, going online since 4.00 pm till near midnight... tommorow there'll be no more freetime... so I guess it's better that i clear my i week of untouched mail box now!

I can be an internet addict, an addict worse than a 'pek hoon kia' (drug addict) ... once i'm online, it'll be hours before i move on! Can you believe it... i haven't had my dinner yet!
